Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card and no time limit on your account. Each event's gallery stays up for the period shown above, and your Hall of Champions keeps your winners after that.
Can we start on Free and upgrade later?
Yes. Your group, events and photos stay as they are, and new events get the larger plan's limits.
What happens if a paid plan ends?
Your group moves back to Free. Events you already created keep the limits they started with, and new events use the Free limits.
Do we have to buy our awards from TrophyCentral?
No. Any group can use Highlight Reel. When an awards offer is running, it's shown under the plans above.
