This item looks and feels very nice. The color (cherry) was rich and the plaque has a nice weight. The lettering and design were well done. I was a little worried as I received a notice that the item would ship the same day I ordered it, but there was no need to worry. This is a great quality for the price. Very easy to order and the product shipped immediately. I chose the priority shipping (estimated delivery within 7-10 days) since I needed the items before leaving town and they arrived 3 days after I ordered them. Other sites which advertised low prices were much more expensive after custom engraving. On other sites which advertised free engraving once you entered the information they indicated they would email a proof of the plaque and the cost the next day but I never received the email. The quality of the plaques is good.
