General Information for Display Cases

Trophy and display cases generally ship in 2 1/2 - 5 weeks (smaller wood models & aluminum frame models in 7-10 days, larger models in 3 1/2 - 5 weeks) and are delivered by truck unless otherwise specified.

Delivery charges are not included in price, but will appear before order confirmation is required. For shipping reasons, minimal assembly may be required (shelves, levelers, handles and optional lighting unit. Many cases have a choice of wood finishes, frame colors and display backs, see individual models for options. "Inside Delivery" marked on an order will allow the driver to take the shipment inside out of the weather, but ONLY IF A LOADING DOCK IS AVAILABLE. If the item is of considerable weight assistance must be available from the consignee or arrangements made with the trucking company in advance. The driver will not deliver on a higher floor unless an elevator is available. Also, the carrier will not move merchandise up any stairs or even a curb. Inside delivery is an additional charge.

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to note any damage or problems AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT. No credit or returns will be made unless damage is reported to the shipper at the time of shipment.
