Diploma Covers and Certificate Folders - Present Every Achievement with Pride

A quality diploma cover is the finishing touch that transforms a printed certificate from a document into a keepsake, protecting it from handling damage during the ceremony and giving recipients something they are proud to carry across the stage and display at home. Padded covers with moiré lining and satin corners keep diplomas and certificates looking crisp and flat long after the event, while custom foil-stamped covers branded with your school name or organization logo create a cohesive, professional presentation across every graduate or honoree. Blank covers ship in 1 to 2 business days for coordinators who need to move quickly, while customizable covers are the right choice for graduation ceremonies, professional certification programs, and annual recognition events where branded presentation adds to the significance of the occasion. Our selection includes single-sided padded covers in 6 by 8 inch size for smaller certificates and 8.5 by 11 inch for standard diplomas, two-sided covers that hold two documents and work well for ceremonies that pair a diploma with an award or program, leatherette holders with no minimum order requirement ideal for individual purchases and smaller events, affordable certificate folders for budget-conscious programs, certificate mounts for desk or wall display, and diploma frames for permanent framing of graduation and achievement documents.

Frequently Asked Questions About Diploma Covers

What size diploma cover do I need?

Most school diplomas and award certificates are printed on standard 8.5 by 11 inch paper, making our 8.5 by 11 inch covers the right choice for the vast majority of graduation and recognition programs. If your certificates are smaller, our 6 by 8 inch covers are designed for that size. For programs that present two documents together, such as a diploma paired with a program insert or a second award, our two-sided 8.5 by 11 inch covers hold two full-size documents. When in doubt, measure your printed certificate before ordering to confirm the fit.

Can I personalize diploma covers with my school name or logo?

Yes. Our customizable covers are personalized with your school name, organization name, or logo via foil stamping in a range of colors to coordinate with your school colors or branding. Personalized covers are available in both single-sided and two-sided styles and in both standard sizes. Personalized orders require additional production time beyond our standard 1 to 2 business day blank cover turnaround, so order early when working toward a ceremony date. Contact us with your artwork and we can confirm file requirements and production timeline before you place your order.

Do you offer bulk discounts for graduation ceremonies and large events?

Yes, pricing on both blank and customizable diploma covers drops significantly with quantity, making it affordable for schools and organizations hosting large graduation ceremonies or annual recognition events. Volume pricing is shown on each product page. Orders over $99 qualify for free economy shipping. For schools ordering covers for an entire graduating class or district-wide recognition program, contact us and we can confirm bulk pricing and confirm your timeline before you order.
