Just what we wanted!

We used this for our club championship trophy and it was very well received. The trophy has a nice size and weight. Engraving was also done well. It took about a week which is what was promised on the site. Very pleased with the purchase and company.

Bowl trophy

After having some trouble with my initial order it was simple enough to get my money back and put in a different order. However, I believe if the item the customer ordered is not available and they are offered a more expensive alternative, they should not have to pay extra for it. It is poor customer service for a client to be expected to pay extra for something they did not want in the first place. They should not have to pay penalty for the original product not having been available. This was really my only qualm. Otherwise, I was happy with the alternative I settled for after reexamining available products on the website.

Great Results

The trophy, with engraving on base and on silver bowl, arrived within a week looking just like the website picture. The recipients were VERY impressed! Absolutely no problems with transaction, product, or timeliness. I do have a comment: The catalog said this trophy could be separated into 2 parts, a feature that appealed because I thought the recipients would be able to put fruit, flowers in the bowl and display it on their dining room table without the pedestal. Separating is not as obvious as I imagined, though I will experiment. I'm no longer sure what shape the base of the bowl will be and whether it will be suited for display alone. Instructions packed with the item would be handy, as would online catalog picture of separated pieces.
