I ordered a plaque for graduation appreciation, it turned out GREAT! If you want your items quick, just make sure to respond to their emails asap and they will proceed to production. I just wish that the proof would show what it's going to look like with the background and colors (like a better rough layout). But even so, I really like what I got and it's quick delivery with standard shipping. I've ordered personalized stuff from other companies and if you don't pay for expedite, they hold your order until the 3-4 weeks has passed.
