I requested a "perpetual plaque" that would have multiple blank name-plates engraveable, for a bunch of over-the-hill-guys to have engraved with their Fantasy Football League champion's name each year, and mail it around (sort of like a poor man's version of the Stanley Cup). The plaque turned out fantastic, and they even added a couple of football-helmet logo's on the top plate, that I didn't even request.

The only (very, very minor) complaint I can even come up with is that the correspondence could have been a little bit more "personal". I felt like each of the emails I received in return were copied and pasted from a form-letter. But all-in-all, if the situation were to ever come up again that I would need some sort of trophy/plaque, they'd be the first outfit that I would check with.
