This employee of the month plaque measures 10 1/2" x 13" and features a stunning Cherry finish with 12 nameplates. It also holds a 4 x 6 photo (slides in) so you can recognize a special employee or staff member. The main plate below the photo is 2" X 4 1/4" laserable brass and each perpetual plate is 1" X 2 1/2".
