We would like to ensure you are aware of our holiday schedule and latest ship times:
Orders may be placed any time, 365 days per year.
Our customer service phone lines will be closed between December 23rd, 2018 through January 3rd, 2020. We will however be monitoring the email during the Holiday break and some orders will be processed and shipped on a part time basis. We will resume normal business hours on January 6th.
There will be limited shipments between December 20th, 2019 and January 1st, 2020.
Orders shipping via UPS Ground take 1-6 business days in shipping, depending upon your location and the ship-from location.
Orders placed December 20th and after will go into processing on January 2nd.
UPS Holiday Schedule:
On UPS holidays (Dec. 25, Jan. 1) there is no movement of any packages tendered to UPS.
UPS Peak-Season Guarantee:
UPS does not guarantee Ground shipments between November 27th and December 24th.
Key Shipping Dates:
December 13th is the last day for Ground packages for delivery by December 24th. December 17th is the last day to ship out 3-Day Air to receive December 24th. December 18th is the last day to ship out 2nd Day Air to receive December 24th. December 19th is the last day to ship out Overnight to receive December 24th.
We will do everything we can to get you your package on time, but for circumstances out of our control (example: Inclement Weather) will void the UPS guarantee on transit times/delivery dates.
